Noviz Hotel - Plovdiv

Conveniently located near the city center, the hotel had clean rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast was decent, but noisy street made it less peaceful at times. 😅

The food was excellent - plenty of options. The room was large, nicely decorated and the decor there was great. Location: the hotel was just next door to a nice park and shops and restaurants. Plovdiv Center district was worth staying in.

Private parking on site provided.

Family-friendly place, worth it!

We were running late, and the hotel staff had amazing communication! Gave us clear instructions for late check-in and everything went smoothly when we arrived around 9:15 pm.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the experience justified the cost.

The room was nicely decorated and well-equipped, with nice view. They provided variety of good choices for breakfast that was included.

Brilliant food for all meals.

Room was comfortable, but parking was super stressful with limited spots.

My friends enjoyed the spa. The park across the road was fantastic to walk the puppies.

There was no mention when I booked of a surcharge for my dogs which I had to pay even though they stayed on the balcony the whole time. I booked this hotel because it said it was pet friendly, but that didn't come across from the staff - your dogs must not make a noise etc. (never mind the racket from all the neighbourhood cats and dogs!). They say they have secure parking for 10 cars - 5 cars and 5 motorbikes filled the space and they all had to move out to get our car out in the morning, making us late leaving for our appointment.

the hotel is very close to center, 10-15 minutes waking. the breakfast is ok and the staff, too. i have a suite and was good and clean.

Comfortable room but limited parking made for a stressful stay.

Very friendly helpful staff, excellent room facilities, very good breakfast included in price. Very handy to the pedestrian walk - the main shopping area and the Old Town area

Clean and not to far fropm the old city tourist sites

The apartment actualy has only one double bed and one single, not as advertised in the website as two double beds.

We had a great late check-in experience! The staff was really helpful when we contacted them and the beds were super comfy. The location is perfect, just a short walk to kapana district. Breakfast was nice too, kids loved the warm milk with their coffee. Parking felt safe and secure which is always a big plus!

The suites balcony was enormous and had a good view.

Normal rooms are not worth 4 stars. They are small and their barthroom is small too.

I liked very much suite room. Large, clean and without noise.

We asked for a chicken by the room service and it was almost compleately raw.
